We invite you to join Indian Country ECHO for a webinar focused on the “Use of Text Messaging Technology in 638 Facilities to Implement Evidence-Based Interventions and Improve Care”. The one-hour presentation and knowledge-sharing event will include an overview of how communicating with patients via text message can help health centers to improve clinical quality and health outcomes, including the ability to close care gaps and promote health education among patients. Also discussed will be how texting patients can help drive workforce efficiency and improve staff and patient satisfaction. Guests from Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Crooked Tree Wellness Clinic, Hannahville Indian Community, and Pokagon Health Services will present alongside CareMessage Chief Medical Officer, Tracy Angelocci, as they share their experiences with using text message technology to meet their health centers’ clinical goals, and answer questions.
