Tina Monje

Program Coordinator

“What I love about ECHO is being able to be in community with other service providers who work with people who use drugs, and who are combining Indigenous wisdom and harm reduction into their healthcare practice.”

Tina Monje has been with the Native American Community Clinic in Minneapolis since February of 2019. She currently holds the positions of Ryan White Non-Medical Case Manager and Project ECHO Coordinator. Her passion for health equity and social justice is the foundation of her work, while harm reduction and trauma-informed, person-centered care are the cornerstones of her approach. With an educational and professional background in literary and fine arts, she brings her creative training into all her work in healthcare. A third-generation Filipina-American, she is originally from Oregon and has lived in Minnesota for ten years.
