The Indian Country Dermatology ECHO provides comprehensive information to support Indian Health Service, Tribal, and Urban Indian clinicians to improve dermatologic care and access for American Indian and Alaska Native people. In this session, Dr. Devon McMahon, MD, dermatology resident physician at the University of Pennsylvania, discusses ways to recognize actinic keratoses (AKs) and squamous cell carcinomas (SCCs), describes standard treatment options for AKs and SCCs and reviews  basics of AJCC/NCCN guidelines for cutaneous SCC.
