Dr. Amanda Dinsmore, MD | The Whole Physician

Dr. Amanda Dinsmore is originally from Tulsa, OK.  She graduated medical school with Alpha Omega Alpha Honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.  She served as Chief Resident during her subsequent Emergency Medicine Residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.

Prior to pursuing training as a physician coach, Dr. Dinsmore worked at a large Level 1 Trauma/Stroke/STEMI Emergency Department for 15+ years in Springfield, MO.  Recently, she completed a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine from the University of AZ.  Her special interests include Physician Wellness, Mind-Body Medicine, Nutrition, and other aspects of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr. Dinsmore is married to an Anesthesiologist, and they have 2 boys.  She is active on the PTO Boards for her kids’ schools.  Outside of medicine, she loves traveling, snow skiing, spending time watching her boys play sports and going to the lake.  Her new passion in life is to look out for those who take care of every one else, to help heal the healers.
