Devery Saluskin was born in Klamath Falls, where he attended and graduated from Tulelake High, Lane Community College, and the University of Oregon. He currently works as a Recovery Support Specialist at the Behavioral Health Center for Klamath Tribal Health & Family Services. Previously, he has worked at an Indian Education school, in a high school special education class, as a junior high and high school football and basketball coach, as a Johnson O’Malley program manager for the Klamath Tribes’, and as a Native American recruitment coordinator for the University of Oregon. He has also served one term as an at-large member of the Klamath Tribal Council. Devery and his wife, a teacher, have four children and one grandchild.
Jessica Rienstra is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board working as an ECHO Case Manager. Prior to joining the ECHO team, she worked as a nurse in geriatric and memory care in Washington and in pediatric health in East Africa. Jessica also worked for over 5 years at a Tribal Health Center in Washington State as a nurse, grant manager, and project director where she helped develop and implement harm reduction, syringe service, and HCV elimination programs. Jessica is passionate about ensuring accessible, de-stigmatized, and intentional health care for all.
