Jill Moses, MD, MPH, is the Case Management Lead for the Navajo Nation COVID-19 Response and Director of the Division of Public Health at Chinle Service Unit with the Navajo Indian Health Service

Sonya S. Shin, MD, MPH, is the Contact Tracing Lead for Navajo Nation, an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School, Associate Physician with the Division of Global Health Equity at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Physician at Gallup Indian Medical Center

Jorge Mera, MD, FACP, is the Director of Infectious Diseases for Cherokee Nation Health Service, the largest tribally operated health care system in the United States. He oversees surveillance, policies, and programs to treat and prevent the transmission of COVID-19, sexually transmitted diseases, HIV and HCV.
