In this series of presentations, faculty describe how they have worked creatively and collaboratively to provide best practice gender-affirming care in a variety of Indian Health Service, Tribal and Urban Indian (I/T/U) settings. The one-hour Grand Rounds session includes an opportunity to engage in a didactic presentation, gain insight on how I/T/U facilities may effectively integrate gender-affirming care, become part of a learning community, and join a Gender Affirming Care ECHO Program. CE will be available. At the end of this session, attendees will:

  • Identify at least one challenge to providing gender-affirming care in I/T/U facilities
  • Identify at least two strategies to improve their affirming clinic environment
