The Indian Country Dermatology ECHO provides comprehensive information to support Indian Health Service, Tribal, and Urban Indian clinicians to improve dermatologic care and access for American Indian and Alaska Native people. In this session, Dr. William Lewis, MD, dermatology resident physician at the University of Pennsylvania, provides the epidemiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis, common triggering factors as well as examples of clinical subtypes, and what to include in an evaluation. Dr. Lewis then shares best practice recommendations for the management of psoriasis, and clinical pearls as part of case discussions.
