Dr. Gwendolyn Grant, MD, MPH is a practicing rheumatologist in southwest Colorado who provides rheumatology consultations in Indian Country. Dr. Grant has extensive experience with the Project ECHO model, having previously led the development of a Rheumatology ECHO in collaboration with the University of New Mexico, UCSF and others.
